John G. Raos has been Chief Executive Officer of Precision Partners since July 2000.

Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Raos worked for five years with U.S. Industries, Inc., then a $3 billion building products and industrial company, holding positions including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director. Prior to joining U.S. Industries in 1995, Mr. Raos spent nearly 20 years with Hanson PLC, formerly a diversified UK industrial conglomerate with revenues of over $15 billion. Mr. Raos was a director of Hanson PLC and was President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director of Hanson Industries Inc., the U.S. headquarters of Hanson North America. During his career at Hanson, Mr. Raos held numerous executive positions including Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate Controller. He is also a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Numerex, Inc., a public wireless telecommunications company.
Peter J. Statile has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Precision Partners since July 2000.

Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Statile served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Industries, a division of U.S. Industries, a diversified business with revenues of approximately $850 million. From 1986 up to joining Strategic Industries in 1999, Mr. Statile worked for Hanson PLC, of which since 1997, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanson North America, a building materials and heavy equipment manufacturer with $2.25 billion of revenues, and was an associate Director of Hanson PLC. Prior to this he held numerous executive and financial positions.
Richard A. Buccarelli has been President of the AeroPower Group of Precision Partners since October 2006.

Prior to his appointment as AeroPower Group President and since January 2001, Mr. Buccarelli served Precision Partners as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel, and Secretary. Before joining Precision, Mr. Buccarelli was engaged in private law practice from 1998 until 2000. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Buccarelli served as Vice President of Corporate Development for U.S. Industries, where he was also Vice-President of Property from 1995 until 1997. Prior to joining U.S. Industries, Mr. Buccarelli served in various positions with Hanson for approximately eight years, including Chief Executive Officer of Hanson Properties North America from 1991 to 1995 and Assistant General Counsel of Hanson Industries. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and New York University School of Law.
Robert J. Vander Meulen has been our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2004.

Previously he served as our Vice President and Corporate Controller since January 2001. Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Vander Meulen was with U.S. Industries for six years, most recently as Corporate Controller of its Strategic Industries division. At other times during his employment with U.S. Industries, he served as Assistant Treasurer and as Assistant Corporate Controller. He has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and public accounting having spent nine years with Ernst & Young LLC.
Robert P. Noonan has has been our Vice President-Corporate Controller since January 1, 2006, previously Mr. Noonan served as our Corporate Controller since January 1, 2004.

Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Noonan was Chief Financial Officer of Bulthaup Corporation, a U.S. subsidiary of a German kitchen cabinetry manufacturer, distributor and designer. From May 1995 to June 2002, Mr. Noonan was with U.S. Industries and held various roles including Chief Financial Officer of its Bath and Plumbing division, Corporate Controller and Group Controller of its Diversifed Dvision. From October 1989 to May 1995, Mr. Noonan was Corporate Controller of Marine Harvest International, Inc. a publicly traded Aquaculture Company with sales of $150 million and an affiliate of U.S. Industries, Inc. From 1984 to 1989 he was with Pannell Kerr Forster, an international public accounting firm.
Virginia E. Carlson has has been General Counsel and Secretary of Precision Partners since January 2007.

Prior to joining Precision, Ms. Carlson served as corporate level counsel and has held supporting in-house counsel positions for major corporations since 1986. Most recently, Ms. Carlson served as Assistant General Counsel for The Hertz Corporation, which was preceded by her serving as senior counsel for Hertz since 1989. Prior to joining The Hertz Corporation, she served as counsel for Amoco Oil Company (now British Petroleum) in Chicago,IL. Ms. Carlson possesses significant experience and expertise across a wide range of legal subject matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and environmental compliance. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, summa cum laude, and De Paul University College of Law.
Peter J. Beasley has been Director of Corporate Sales and Marketing for Precision Partners since January 2001.

Prior to joining the Precision management team, Mr. Beasley served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Gillette Machine and Tool, a Precision Partners subsidiary company. Since 1989 Mr. Beasley has worked in the manufacturing industry with more than a decade in sales and marketing and sales engineering including the design and implementation of: international sales management systems; annual budget plans; quality and business system manuals; and complete marketing packages. Mr. Beasley has also assisted in the management of multiple site operations holding positions including: Vice President of Project Development, Operations and Engineering Manager, Technical Services Manager, and Director of Quality. Prior to 1989 Mr. Beasley served as a director in a family owned and operated business, which manufactured, marketed, and retailed automotive industry products.
